The 10 Commandments
Commandments for the layout of a game creation:
5. The game is not a project it’s a game, all gamers are not good testers hence all good testers need to be creative gamers. QA is not only testing, its Quality, ask them their say on the game, and give it ample consideration, after all most of them are gamers!
8.A Political environment is present everywhere you step, ensure that you stick to doing what is right and go by the book. Sometimes its required to decide on your career or the game or the company in terms of priority, judge your passion and go by it. Incompetency & Politics go hand in hand, never give up on doing what is right and good, do not engage in non-productive talk/activity.
9. A company is not yours, but treat it as if it were yours but do not form a bonding, this is a really tough task to achieve but reduces mental strain and increases productivity
10. The balance of Productivity vs Quality is important, on a micro level it sounds more like efficient delivery or a better game, ensure that you do not loose out on either.
Begin implementation of the above 10 points with a smile, and add more points on your own, lay them not as rules, but as tasks. Think about success in game creation, pay/position will come with time/work/exposure. There might be many who live by the hard work you put in, and you constantly might feel the pinch of smart coworkers who steal contributions or engage in smart loose talk, close doors and free your mind, leave it for the day of judgment, for all we are souls trapped on earth, so live by it with a smile, do good, be good & make the best of games sticking to good ethics and morals. Frag your way out!
Cheers, Peace & Best of Luck

MMOFPS
“Massive Multi Player Online First Person Shooter”
This thought process is documented w.r.t me being a dedicated F.P.S gamer. Most of my explanations might not be accepted by all due to the non-involvment of other brains . I Prefer pointing flaws and –ve aspects first, and discuss about +ve succeeding it.
Example of a good RPG game POP [All versions](one good logical RPG I’d say to be created & known)
Ans. MMOFPS [Obviously]
2D Game -> 3D Game -> AR (Absolute Reality). I’d say instead of having more reflections more pixels, simplicity would be the right answer, at-least within my friends who have advanced from the Pac-man genre. The last addiction was for me Q3 & CS (counter-Strike), Lately Elder Scrolls(One Fabulous FPS RPG game, I’am sure most game designers would agree that ES is definetly a perfect mix and match of everything you could think of and things which you would have missed too) After which the rest games failed to deliver satisfaction, why? Well, Satisfaction for a Gamer is not in Advanced Graphics & millions spent on development
“Most of the games today fail to deliver good game-play, the story-line is useless, it’s clearly visible that either they have developed the game concept in a studio with guys trying to secure their jobs or its been developed mirroring a pre-existing game”
Ans. “SIMPLICITY + Creative interesting STORYLINE + Interactive & Extensive GAMEPLAY +the other good factors (i.e. Sound, Bearable graphics (not too many reflecting surfaces))”
Because the Bots have not been programmed they have been formulated, the bullets, rockets they hit you are all formulated, A bot can kill you tentatively in one-two shots in the Expert mode, but in Easy mode, It takes an entire clip to reduce maybe 20% of the player’s health, hence making you feel like an Idiot. Hence, the meaning of a good shot, headshot & kill is LOST in such a scenario. [Read Again Very Imp.]
It has always either been a mythical country, or way ahead too futuristic scenario’s adopted by MMORPG creators. Since RPG is not our mainframe interest lets chuck it and proceed!
